500mg of zinc it's a way too much accoring to Drs Lam and Hveragethi. Lam does not recommend more than 30 mg a day, Hveragerthi does not recommend more than 50 mg. with 500 mg you may get a lot of problems.
It is suggested that one take around 450 mg of magnesium and calcium should be in 1 : 1 to magnesium. zinc 30 mg.
