I was thinking either to much zinc or calcium. I did cut back about 2 weeks ago on both. I was experiencing bloat. And now the hair loss. I think my body is telling me I do not need these amounts of zinc or calcium at this time. I have been on them for 10 months now. I was on Calcium 1600mg (approx) daily and zinc averaged out to about 110-152 mg daily (added othe supplements during the 10 month period that contained zinc). Now I am on calcium 500-600mg daily/zinc approx.50 mg daily. I did put an email into my Dr to see what she says. But in the mean time I am gonna back off both and see what happens. I am waiting for my kit to send in my 4 th hair analysis, but will not wait for answers, I may be bald by then.
