Re: My Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis (follow-up)

Thanks for your input!
I'm sure you know about dandruff, which is a very common issue. Well, Seborrheic Dermatitis (SD) is the same as dandruff but spreading on the facial areas, like eyebrows, mustache area, hairline, etc.
I've done many cleanses in the past, took herbs for bowel cleansing, fiber (psyllium), probiotics... Nothing helped improve my skin condition (I also have acne). Now I know that psyllium, for instance, isn't good for us.
I've tried changing my diet many times eliminating many things. Finally, I'm on a high-fat (saturated)/protein diet with little to no carbs and insoluble fiber. I see my skin improving a lot, reduced Acne to 80-90%. But facial SD is still there and am guessing it's related to pathogens. On the Web it says it's probably Malassezia furfur but CAFL freqs for it did nothing.

I'll look into the info in the book though.
I've found a pdf online... Anyone interested, here it is
