Thanks so much for your encouragement!! It just seems that a lot of people on here have had it a long time and seem to still be suffering. That scared me. Especially because I seem to have a pretty severe case. Late stage, have had this for 2 years already but thought it was due to a reaction to an SSRI two years ago, so tried to ride it out, but now realize I was in beginning stages. Also I am raising two kids on my own without much help so that is an added stress so it is hard to get alone time, plus I have so much anxiety it is hard to get a hold of it. Anyways I will read over the material and do the best I can.
