Re: hello again
Hi margot,
We cannot be sure what a fast will clear up as it is all down to current state of health and vitality and the priorities that your body will set during the period of the fast. What we can definitely be sure of is
1) the "muddy sclerae" as some refer to it, will be caused by unhealthy practices which probably relate to diet but also could be any other lifestyle error that enervates and intoxicates your body. Food is the usual suspect and cleaning up the diet is always a priority. The factors of health include pure air, pure water, wholesome food, sunshine, exercise, rest and relaxation, sleep and a life-enhancing attitude and environment just to keep the list short.
2) Whatever is causing your problem will continue to worsen if you don't remove the cause.
3) A good fast and the adoption of healthy practices is the best way to enable your body to do the healing that is needed.
Although I don't agree with his remedy, Andmor in an old post highlights the point that just because other people have white eyeballs, they're not necessarily any healthier than you.
Coffee is a poison and as such will give you stimulation when you drink it. The body responds to a threat like this by arousing all of the organs and systems to expell the toxic substances as quickly as possible. The stimulation you get could be just as easily had by drinking arsenic tea which hopefully you would agree would be a bad idea.
For a sound foundation on the problems with coffee and other beverages, please read this lesson from TC Fry's Life
Science (aka Natural Hygiene) Course available free on line. If you like the no-nonsense approach of this course, I encourage you to go to Lesson 1 and plow your way through it or randomly choose topics that about which foods are good and which are bad and see where your interest take you.
Many people get faced with the choice of eating healthily or taking their chances. Some decide to keep taking chances even when deaths door is within sight! That has no relation to your situation, of course, but you are now faced with a life-changing decision which is best made with as many facts in hand as possible.
If you decide to look elsewhere, you'll find no end of herbalists and supplement sellers promising to cure all your ills by buying their expensive products. With Natural Hygiene, the knowledge is all online although there's plenty of books available to buy that give more recent information. The services of a Hygienic doctor will obviously cost but is highly competitive with medical practitioners who's benefits are highly suspect.
So, the choice is yours. Here's links to the referenced items:
