In the pre-fast week, my readings were averaging 135/80 with BPM at 50. However, the cheap device that I have is not particularly reliable. I had a professional BP test a month ago which quite reliably placed me at 119/74 and 46 bpm which my monitor agreed with later that day and a week later, so maybe it's not totally offtrack.

I'll check BP,BPM regularly over the weeks and see where they go.

Have you decided to go ahead with a fast?
