Getting Root Canal tooth extracted!

I just wanted to share this and let everyone know that I am having my root canal tooth extracted this coming thursday.

I am -still- experiencing poor health and went for a consultation a week ago with a terrific holistic dentist by the name of Dr. Svetlana Yesin here in San Francisco. She took x-rays and confirmed infection in my tooth. Said my only real option if I want to make ANY progress getting healthy is to have it removed. She referred me to an oral surgeon named Dr. J. Reed Rayher and he echoed her sentiments even saying "Dr. Yesin doesn't like root canals much, does she?"

So I'm lined up to have the work done, tooth extracted, infected bone scraped and I am even having a bone graft in case I want to get an implant in the future. I will be fitted for a partial denture, or flipper, next week and I will use that for atleast 6 months while my mouth heals.

I am hopeful this will be a step in the right direction for my health. I remain with low expectations though, this has been a rough road. I will let you all know what benefits result from it (if any) and will log my progress.
