Hi,
I read with great interest your post on dental issues.
I am scheduled to see Dr. Yesin myself August 6th
for an initial visit. I have already
been to two supposed biological dentists and one
oral surgeon. I was referred to Dr. Jarvis in Santa Rosa.
I saw him this week. I had mixed feelings about him.
I have to have two front teeth extracted and old root canals
cleaned out. Dr. Jarvis wants to do bone graft on one area of
old root canal
in order to get the bone to regrow he says. I am wondering if
bone grafts are really safe from infections. Of course, the company
says they are, but that does not reassure me. I already have
immune system issues and don't need more!
I also have to have
cavitation surgery for sure on one area that
is showing up on pano xrays, other areas Dr. Jarvis said I prob needed too,
but it was up to me to decide, they are not clear on pano xrays.
I would be very interested if you have any input on bone grafts
and this oral surgeon Dr. Yesin referred you to? Is the surgeon in
San Francisco?
I am hoping that I will like Dr. Yesin. So far, I have not been impressed
with the other dentists I've been to and they were both outside SF.
I'm not impressed with the people who answer the phone at her office.
They cannot answer questions and often seem out of it.
Dr. Yesin when I spoke with her on the phone and her phone messages
sounded very tired. ?????
If you could email me directly and share, I would be most appreciative!
Sincerely,
CL
