yep about the dmso - i haven't tried this yet and dont know if it will work, but i had even read that u could mix the mms with it and apply it OUTSIDE your jaw bone and that since dmso is said to take things "transdermally" that the dmso could help bring the mms in, to hit the infection from a different angle that from inside/above the gumline might not be able to reach, so i am really hopeful about that...

also i've been reading, exhaustively, about ways to regenerate teeth, and read about " LIPUS " low intensity pulsed ultrasound which is said to possibly be able to actually regrow in a tooth (though i am not clear on whether it regrows the enamel coating of teeth and, i would like to find that out, because i dont want to regrow a tooth only to have it be unprotected by enamel and, decay all over again)

the technology is not widely available yet ...and not thru reputable substances (i will explain)

...the developers are said to operate thru lipus.org, and, i contacted them at eduatlipusdotorg, and someone did reply to me, but...

the writing on their webpage (which is really basic...), and in their response, was really vague - like, dubiously vague...
the price is - if i'm understanding correctly, they have two models, one meant for regrowing teeth and one meant for clearing infection; not sure what the difference is, or how different they might actually be at all ...the regrowth model is ...over 4000 dollars, and the infection one is over 1300...
and i felt like, if i asked them any questions, they might not reply to me... i tried asking, and i will update if they reply to me...

also if i ever can afford it, i will definitely post about my experience, and i hope if anyone else can, they will do the same...

the other technology i have hope for with regrowing teeth, is stem cells, but i'm not sure where i could go for that (and how much it would cost)

...if anyone reading this, knows about that, please post specifics?

so far, the only thing i've read about, is stem cell banking (with stemsavedotcom),
where when your teeth are extracted, along with your dentist's cooperation, stem cells can be harvested by stemsave--and then i was thinking,
besides helping against diseases, maybe those stem cells could be turned around to help grow back our own teeth?

that company seems just involved with the harvesting & storing of the cells, not in applying them, but they seem reputable and,
i've asked them some questions about if it would be possible to use the harvested cells, then, for regeneration and guidance as to where/how i could go about that ...if i hear from them, i'll post details!
