Day 2 of at least 10


Seems like tIme for an Equinox Cleanse ... Spring Cleaning! Who else is cleansing now? Or soon?

I'm committing to 10 days, but depending on the vibes, might go longer.
My modifications are
- drinking some ozonated water first thing each day for morning hydration
and extra energy
- drinking 2 cups of kpmbucha per day for extra cleansing
- adding 2 tablespoons of MCT Oil (and leaving out 1/4 cup of maple syrup
per day) for extra energy and to reduce muscle loss.

Hopefully, these mods don't add much to digestive processes and do add more energy to my day. Mixing up lemonade with kombucha tastes great. Mixing in the MCT makes the whole batch oily and unpleasant texture-wise. So, I am just taking the MCT from a spoon twice a day which is easy enough.

If I still feel hunger by Day 4 or 5, I'll conclude that my digestion didn't shut down enough to make the cleanse worthwhile and I'll start abandoning the mods to see what does work for me, reverting to a strict MC, if needed.
