Re: Centaury

Yeah, the appetite thing was strange. I ate very light and healthy for many years leading up to finding out about my infection. Then, I suddenly had no appetite while fighting them for the first 16 months. I was ok with that, my weight was at a good place. For me, it was nice to have to need to eat, rather than want to eat.

However, the strangest thing happened one day into taking Centaury. I ate a good breakfast, normal lunch, then found myself eating almost another lunch, and 2 dinners lol. Not to mention the large snacks all night.

At first, I thought maybe it was a sign I was clear, as this was a drastic change in my habits, and I had killed so many of them. But as the days wore on, I realized how abnormal it was, so I sadly had to stop taking it. It was when I started over eating that the dead worms stopped coming also. I tried not going to the grocery, but then found myself eating canned food, making big plates of white pasta (which I don't eat normally). I was cleaning out the cabinets of things I don't like to eat. It was insane. This would be a great herb for those suffering cancer or other diseases where loss of appetite is a nutritional problem.
