As I've posted before, I take 10,000 IU daily. Took 50,000 IU for
several months until my doc said that it was raising my creatine levels too high
(which causes kidney problems) - was over 2.00 so D/D3 is not without risks at
high levels.
I subscribed to Consumer Labs for a year who tests the content of vitamins
and supplements compared to what is advertised on the bottle and the
Costco/Kirkland brand was always within the amounts listed as was all
supplements that Costco carries. (trunature is owned by Costco.)
There are others that are good too - not just Costco, but the content of many
national brands that were not only nowhere near what the label said, they had
loads of pure garbage in them too.
