I was just thinking about the possibility of doing decaf enemas yesterday and look what I find here.
I have the same questions like you about the effectiveness of decaf. I guess the best way to know is to try it.
But to be sure I know two things; that I've felt amazing after doing a Coffee-Enema and that I've had insomnia every time I've done one. To try decaf is the next logical step for me.
Since GSH is sulphur based; it should really help binding to the copper molecules and escorting them out.
