I dont really have a twitch per say, mine feels more like a vibrating sensation in my chest. Sometimes in my whole body, but mostly in the chest area. My heart beat has been having episodes of rapid beating and pounding. I've been dealing with my 4 month crash for about a month now. Trying to find a new doctor to go to
