Twitching in my chest. Anyone else had this?

Hi Ladies,
I've been having a muscle twitching sensation in my chest, right in the middle where my heart is. It feels like my heart is jumping at random times, sometimes several times a minute. It's like a strong muscle twitch. I used to have twitching eyelids right after my mirena came out. It's like that, except in my chest and much stronger. I wore a holter for it 4 months ago or so, and it came back normal, and went away after a month, but now it's come back after having the acupuncture a few weeks ago. It's not painful, but it's unnerving for sure. It's hard not to feel panicked about it. I've searched around the internet, and I'm thinking it's my esophagus maybe? I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this. I hope it goes away soon.
