Ok, I switched the pump out with a 100watt pump. It has been over 30days and now my meter will test the water at 205.

No more shock.

But no one could tell me why the water was holding a charge. It may be that the dissolved metals or minerals in the water where storing the small electrical charge so my meter would not test it.

Now I have a new pump it will. Tweet
