I took a break today from garlic, and took centaury on an empty stomach. I was nauseaus for about an hour.

For me, and we are all different, garlic is still what works best. Centaury worked great for about 30 days for me, then it stopped working.

These things do not go away easy, and I do believe the theory that when you kill the adults, any eggs around immediately hatch.

So to answer your question, when I kill a bunch of worms, the activity in my sinuses and ears stops, for a while. Because there is a cycle going on. Have you seen the life cycle chart of ascaris? Just do a search if not.

Here is what happens to me, and I analyze everything I feel, and keep a quick diary. It's all starting to get really clear to me.

I do really well killing lots of them in the intestines. During this time, the family in my lungs is ready to move on. Some lose their way up my airway instead of down, I believe those are what I feel in my head area, sinuses and ears. Then, while I'm getting the next batch, more eggs are hatched and another cycle begins. This is the importance of clear ALL junk in the colon, if there is no place for the eggs to hide behind, then eventually the cycle can end. And it's also the reason to keep at it. 30 days wont do anything but clear out adults so another batch, and possibly more, eggs can hatch.

The longest period of total wellness I had was when I killed them for 2.5 months straight with garlic. It took almost 3 months for them to come back after that and get out of hand, and I'm sure if I would have done a round or two of garlic durning this time, I might have gotten them all.

So, I believe, based on my experiences, that when you feel them in your sinuses, another batch is beginning it's lifecycle.

I am not sure if it actually kills them, but I have used diluted oregano oil drops in my nose, and it stops activity immediately for me.
