I had nausea in the beginning, but I never vomited. Came close though.

I don't really know about the dose ratio to a tsp, but I packed 00 size capsules pretty full, they were rock hard and you could not squeeze them, so two capsules must have been atleast a tsp. or maybe a little more. I built myself up to 3 capsules each dose, so you might be taking about what I take. I haven't been taking it lately, but plan to start again soon.

I have only had feelings of larvae in my sinuses and ears, not sure if that is what they call scattering. What I thought scattering was is when actual worms leave the intestines, as others have seen and felt movement in extremeties.

Please post an update. I think it worked very well for me, the only reason I had to stop taking it was after about 30 days, it was making me eat everything in sight, 24/7. Later I looked it up and it can be used to stimulate appetite. So I backed off thinking all the food was just diluting the herb, because it was working great, then just stopped.
