Ainilmc....You're doing Great!! As promised, $100 is yours if you can go 11 days. I think Calivegan may have fallen by the wayside, as have I. One just has to be 'ready' to undergo a Water Fast of any length......WY
P.S. I just read that the serum Potassium level should be the major concern of Water Fasters. That's why long Fasts should be supervised, as deaths have been reported on Doug Grahams Water Fasts in Costa Rico.
