Expertise needed for identification

hi, I just found the following in my stool and need help identifying them... tried googling it but nothing really seems to fit

heres some things about it:

1. it looks brown but is actually clear, the brown is from the stool.

2. I found like 30 of them in my stool

3. the length is about 3cm

any help is appreciated, thanks.
