as I mentioned, I did create a scriipt where I did run all three newport's Ascaris scripts, plus I did include staph/strep bacterias, SV40 and candida only for 5 min each run and also wolbachia bacteria as I wanted to cover any filarial leftovers

but I really think what helped the most was to run the protozoa (I've always had a lot of different protozoas) and bacteria and other biofilm - read this as Newport identified them a while ago - very definitely running this occassionally helps to uncover deep layers of stuff:

also, I was making for maybe 3-4 weeks teas from blue vervaine, alternating with teas with real vervaine and neem before that but during that time did not experience much difference; I still think it was helping to get them ready for removal
