Re: Does salt contribute to osteoporosis?

Hi!
I truly don't know the answer about the salt/osteoporosis.
But for me the only salt that I found that helped me is Hawaiian Jade Sea Salt . If you have low bp I don't think it would hurt to put it on all your food. I do not put in it water. I am doing Dr Larry Wilson's prorotcol and he tells me not to. I put it on all my foods to taste. Big hint for me when I am low, I can not taste the salt, when I have enough I can taste the salt. (since taking this salt I have been able to get off fludrocortisone, my sodium would drop drastically without it). Plus I drink plenty of water.
Marie
