I'm VERY serious! I stopped eating last night at 8pm, going through to the 16th of the month (so just over 11 days, counting the evening/sleeping the evening of the 15th :P)
I've been needing this too, it's such a fantastic reboot. I did a 10 day juice "feast" somewhat recently.. It did make me feel better, but I prefer water.. I had expected to get the results from juice fasting as I had from Water Fasting in the past, but it just didnt even come close. :/
So here I am, TOTALLY committed! I may even push past 11 days to maybe 15, but I want to see how I am on March 16th and if I'm still feeling great, I'll push it to the 19th. :)
