Starting a minimum of 11-day water fast this sunday

if anyone would like to join me, i'd LOVE the company! last Water Fast i did was in july, it lasted for 16 days. i'm wanting to start this sunday afternoon... i have to meet an old school friend on sunday for maybe a light lunch - soup/salad, and after that i want to start the clock!

I want to go for at least 11 days, and no more than 21 this round. i felt GREAT after the last one, but my bad habits came back and i've gained about all my weight back. granted, it *did* take about 7 months of being bad to gain it back, so all in all i think it did me very well. ^__^

SO you are more than welcome to accompany me on this fast! 16 days was my longest water fast.. 12 days was the only other Water Fast i had done prior to that one, several months before that.
