Parasites and KIDS

Does anyone have any suggestions on a parasite cleanse for kids?? One is only 4 so capsules are out of the question. The other is 10 but has a severe nut allergy!!! So Black-Walnut is out of the question. We raise beef cattle, have 3 dogs, 3 cats(barn but still) these kids have grown up with animals, playing in the dirt, No question they have something in their bellies that shouldnt be there. The 4 year old grinds his teeth(symptom) tosses and turns all night(yet another symptom) is just down right irritable!! (dont know if thats a symptom or not lol but its frustrating! Any suggestions would be great. Something they can or will do, Please I can't make them drink some oddball concoction their kids : ) Thanks in advance!! I read that fresh pineapple helps, Raw pumpkin seeds....Anyone had any experience with these??
