When applying Lugols to a skin thingy it will swell up, look terrible for a few days. Then it shrinks, dries up and disappear. Can take a couple of weeks. Sometimes 4 weeks, but no scar.

-If you scratch the surface it may work
Could be that the Lugols is to weak, like a 2 %.
