I don't want to scare you, so read with caution

but if i were you, i'd want to know, so i could be emotionally prepared...
if you are squeamish, maybe don't read any further...

i have huge scars
the sores turned green for a while

when the eschar comes out it will leave a hole
do not worry, the hole will fill in with skin after a few days

i don't know where you saw the photos that made you want to do this

do not worry too much
it will heal and you will be ok
i pray that you don't have scars like mine

did you google bloodroot eschar photos?
maybe don't bother now, as it might scare you

but that is what my neck and knee looked like for weeks
i had green ugly festering sores that turned red around the edges,
and i had to clean them twice every day

i hope the salve you used was not as potent as the salve i used

i never recommend Bloodroot salve as the zinc chloride is too mean
i recommend taking it internally

if i had to do it over, i would go to the dermatologist and only take pure bloodroot internally, NOT the salve, but a tincture or powder

you will have to do systemic cleansing to keep it from coming back anyway

a month after my neck healed, the skin around the scar started itching and stinging again, and that is when i started taking bloodroot internally

it works better for me internally
it prevents me from coughing
it prevents my skin from itching

it is the zinc chloride in the bloodroot salve that burns the skin and makes the scars, not the bloodroot

i am afraid the bloodroot will get blamed instead of the zinc chloride and cause trouble for purveyors of bloodroot

it is safer to take it internally, in my humble opinion, as long as there is no zinc chloride in it

the tincture and powder do not have zinc chloride, only the salve
do not take salve internally
