Hi there, I am still sorting that out. I will continue to avoid pork and chocolate. And I am loosely following the drinking schedule, using spring water and coconut water. I still check my brix several times a day but finding it less and less necessary. I am not sure. I am in flux, lol.
I don't plan to take the mincol for now, I have so much other stuff to be taking that will be serving the same purpose and more exactly. But eventually I may decide to use Mincol as a daily supplement.
