Take Undecylenic Acid, or milder Caprylic Acid to kill the systemic Candida! Silver Colloid is also grand for whacking back the Candida. I'd mix up my regimen, using all three, and include Erythritol, a five-carbon Sugar found in some drinks that kills Candida. You must kill the Candida that is snitching all your magnesium and making estrogen and highly toxic, tissue-eating acetaldehyde as a by-product.
