From a chinese medical perspective (from the pic of your tongue and as much as i can see from the photo) , I would say there is damp heat it the intestines ( most likely yeast), pretty severe yin deficiency in the heart and lungs and upper digestive tract and there is certainly some heart fire as well. Your tongue is dramatic...While I am not sure if an acupuncturist will be able to help you fully.... its certainly worth a try. Where are you located??? Tweet
