Any one knows what can get reed of those parasites?

Hello all of you parasite subscribers, I feel our pain.. While in Fiji I've contracted .Blasstocystis hominis and Dientamoeba.
It has been 5 months and I'm still infested. Tried four rounds of the " right " Antibiotics ( Lodoquinol 650 mg,Bactrim ds , Flygl and now Smx Tmp ).
The Zapper. Extreme strict diet mostly alkaline. Eating pumpkin seeds, lot's of coconut oil. With the diet I'm on they are at bay, no stomach aches or passing sulpher smelling gas.Energy seems to be building up again ( lost 12pd and as it was I was trim vegetarian!)
Once I've introduce anything off the diet regime those rare times (chocolate ), the parasites are back with the full symptoms on.
Need to find a true alternative that works.
Going to fast , only vegetable , and do the worm wood, black oak, cayenne, zapper and l.arginine as well as salt wash .
Does anyone have anything that worked for them ?
Bloody extremely frustrated and as you know it affects all aspects of life.
