Hi I have the same problem as you. Multinodular goiter. I was diagnosed in 2002. You can try eating foods high in iodine and avoid eating too much goitrogenic foods such as broccoli, cabbage, brussel spouts etc. Also soy products. These foods may block iodine from getting to your thyroid gland. Kelp is good - rich in iodine. Don't go overboard on iodine though.I have read that white oak bark- an herb is can make goiters smaller.
Make sure that you detox so that your thyroid gland has access to a clean blood supply. I have been doing colon cleansing and liverflushes.
