Re: Brain fog until specific time at night? (for me it's 8pm)

For 15 yrs brain fog was the one symptom I could not manage significantly. I knew it would get worse if I would "crash" from not eating or eating candy and then nothing for a while; however a diet for reactive hypoglycemia did not resolve the problem.

Brain fog and lots of other symptoms have declined nicely after 1.5 yrs of cutler protocol chelation.

Based on your symptom list, if you've never considered heavy metals, HMs, I think you'd be wise to consider them. I am so grateful that I did. After my doctors said they did not know why I had a bone density problem in my early 40's my bone density improved 8% and is close to normal.

Basics on chelation including personal stories from Drs Cutler and Pompa about difficulty in getting accurate diagnosis.

Consider a hair test. There are 500+ at this site where the Cutler people often post them.

Don't wait 10 yrs for your doctor to figure it out like I did! Take ownership of your health.

Good luck.
