Well, you can try to rule some things out:

For example:
Are you going to bed and getting up at the same time every day and allowing yourself enough sleep?

Some people go to bed and get up at different times throughout the week with a two or three hour variance and it makes them feel ill due to the circadian rhythm interference. It's akin to jet lag, and often people feel terrible and can't function well mentally until late in the day.

Some people tolerate shifts of up to a few hours in sleep or wake time throughout the week very well, but others are very sensitive to it.
