diet, sunlight and Licorice

The best way to stop the itching is to eliminate the eczema.

Good things to start with are:

Include a large proportion of uncooked fruit and vegetables in your diet. That is eat salads and fresh fruit every day if possible. You may even have carrot juice, or other juices from time to time. The key is to have a balanced diet containing a large proportion of uncooked and fruit and vegetables.

As you mentioned, expose the skin to sunlight as much as possible.

In addition, purchase some Licorice, also called Liquorice, 1:1 liquid extract, if you can. I don't know where you live, or the availability in your area. It must be the herbal medicine, not the candy. A suggested dose is, half to one teaspoonful three times a day.

Be aware: Taking too much licorice may cause fluid retention, which is eliminated when you stop using it.

If you prefer, you could go to a herbalist and get a formula containing a number of herbs.

After using this for some time, come back and share your results.

There is more you can do, but this is a good starting point.
