Black walnut hull: really need tincture?

So I'm about to buy the stuff I need for the parasite cleanse. I was wondering if the Black-Walnut really needs to be taken as a tincture or is Clark saying that just to sell her product?

I've checked the sites where I usually buy my supplements and Clark's was the only one that was in a tincture.

It doesn't really matter since her product is the same price as the other ones. I'm just curious. :P
