Re: ACV for low stomach acid, sluggish liver, dehydration.

Drinking tons of water does not hydrate you if you are low in sodium. I don't eat processed foods and eat lots of veggies (low sodium) so upon waking I drink a quart of water with 1/4 tsp celtic Sea Salt (any salt that is unprocessed, all salt is Sea Salt so you have to be sure it is dried with the sun or unprocessed mined rock salt). A good salt should be gray or brown, a white salt has been processed and the minerals removed.

I also make vegetable soup (leeks, carrots, garlic, celery) with alot of Sea Salt . I eat a bowl twice a day with meals.

Also what is great for your liver and digestion is dandelion greens. It has been known to cure cancer even. I juice them and add ginger root and some Celery to push everything through. Talk about a bitter herb! Tastes like spicy dirt but you can feel the difference in energy. You can get them at some health food stores, but you can also use the wild ones - fresher anyway - if you don't spray or fertilize your yard. I pull them up and juice them roots, flowers and all (my kid gets the "puffies" to help reseed). :-)
