I have seen stuff like that come out of me... first thing I thought was looks like seaweed... I an taking 3lac since July last year, almost 9 months, which some say is how long it takes to get back into balance...I will continue longer though just to make sure and I now believe I may have had this for quite a lot longer than recent thinking!!! maybe 20 years...I'm still seeing it come out..ALSO I started doing LIBBE colonics just about once every 3weeks, and yes still seeing it come out! Still adjusting me diet!

First off, I was strict meat & veggies, (type O) now I'm trying some other things (HIGHLY BENEFICIAL to type O's) trying to get it out, speaking of getting it out, RISE from my unconscious let it rise! Get it out, get it out, get it out!
