What water to mix with alcohol if glass distilled water not available?

Read through the FAQ which you kindly provided me with. Did not find any alternatives


This 190 proof etc. is creating unneccesary headache for me. Problem is do not know where to buy 100% alcohol in Canada, even if I find it it would be very expensive... 80% alcohol 1.1 litre costs around $38.00.

Sorry to be a nuisance with all those questions but do want to try to make tincture next week.....
