I don't know all the ways to use cayenne pepper but can share what worked for me. I took about 1/4 tsp per day of organic cayenne spice powder 3X a day in yogurt or applesauce to cool it down. This will reveal Tapeworm segments, "white rice", or things that look like seseme seeds or pieces of nuts. If you take diatomaceous earth you may not see those because it gets rid of them.
Since I got bug free, for maintenance every day, 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I have a drink of water with Colloidal Silver and a few squirts of Black-Walnut tincture (alternated each 2 days with Black-Walnut /wormwood tincture), some drops of peppermint essential oil and enough cayenne pepper on top to lightly coat the surface of the water. I've had no problem with bugs since about 3 months after I found out everyone has them & I had them.
