I placed my order and help is on the way but now my throat is sore, I seem to be going downhill now at a fast rate

I am sure it is all related but I am wondering if there is anything I can do for my throat? Hopefully there is not something else I should have ordered! Hoping that once I get my goodies I can start to get better
