Glabrata is resistant to everything (similarly to your strain), except BORIC ACID. It took me about a month to get rid of it. I had been suffering for about 5-6 months not knowing why nothing was working to kill it.
At first, my doc gave me 600mg suppositories of Boric Acid for 14 days. The first 14 days wasn't enough, so she gave me another 14day dose (1 supp. a day at bed time).
The lab that did the culture is located in Tennessee - in a hospital where my doc resides.
Boric Acid is great in this regard because it is a mild antiseptic (it kills BV too)plus it restores the natural Ph of the vagina.
Give it a shot.
You can make your own Boric Acid suppositories. Buy gelatin capsules of the size "00" and buy Boric Acid powder (all available at Amazon). That will yield you 600mg of Boric acid per capsule. Read the reviews at Amazon.com.
