schizophrenia bipolar

I have had this problem since i was young but i was always talking to myself in my head and now since 4 years I talk out only in head, unstoppably all the times , I am saying and its embarrassing and annoying to others neighbors, especially when I'm in home.

i was sexually abused in childhood.

i am also experiencing manic episodes since childhood that may be symptoms of bipolar. because of which i get severe diseases like insomnia, jaundice, weight loss

can i seek any advice on medication?
