Re: Would true hunger pangs subside with water?

Hi,

If you stop your fast while feeling bad, you will have taste of INFERNUM. And you will be feeling sick for a time longer than your fast. If you ever want to break your fast suddenly you need to wait for an UP period. A fast is successfully broken when we are feeling well.

HOWEVER, if you just bear...if you wait a little longer, what is bothering you right now, will pass. These bad healing crisis only last a few hours or a day or two, top. Be grateful you are cleaning up and preventing cancer or any other terrible disease in your future.

Dry mouth- you are re living side effects very common to drugs - be this Tylenol or any other common medication OTC used for upper respiratory infections. You are getting rid of their toxins now.

Your stomach is also undergoing some serious healing at the moment.

Just remain quiet, resting and drinking little sips of warm water as needed. THIS WILL PASS. After the many days, you might want to already break your fast. Congratulations for your resolve so far! But, again, you need to wait until you feel better to do it (not to be worst or sicker later)
