Re: Would true hunger pangs subside with water?

End of day 27 unable to sleep due to stomach pain, sinus drainage and dry mouth. Smoker from 1961 until 1991. Sinus problems all these years. I posted earlier in my fast that my left nostril was plugged but now it has opened up in the last couple of days.

I am continually gargling with chlorine free water to clean out the sinus drainage, the nastiest stuff I have ever tasted. I cannot stand the smell of chlorine which never bothered me before. Also I am more aware of other smells around me.

I may be swallowing too much water in my gargling and taking a sip. I have thought about stopping the fast, it is that bad, but if this will clear up these many years of sinus problems then I will continue on and just do without the sleep.

I cannot understand how this much sinus drainage can come out of my head. I read on here that the fast will cure the sinus infection. Could that be what is draining? What would be causing the dry mouth if too much water is upsetting my stomach along with the drainage?

Hang in there,
ambler
