After my first Liver-Flush I planned to do at least 3 last year. However, I did keep up the herbs. Working schedule 10hrs 6-7days does not help with the flushes. I have been doing the castor oil hot packs on the liver at night on occasion. I think I should start zapping again since the last blood analysis showed spirochetes and a few strongyloides, I want every last one GONE!.
Nothing back from Dr's blood test or stool yet.
I started dating an old flame again who does Liver-Flush and most all of the other cleanses on a regular basis, so that will definitely help, will plan a Liver-Flush soon. Tweet
