The new schedule you described is my basic schedule, except that I start on Thursday or Friday, depending on my work.
Really you can continue with a round for as long as you like, but it is important to take breaks now and again to give your body a chance to flush the metals out and allow your body a chance to replenish glutathione and things like that.
Try the new schedule and see how you feel. Your body will tell you if it's OK or not. If you feel really really bad doing it, then you can go back to the old one.
