Hello! I agree with the natural whole foods diet recommendation. However, I would add fermented foods to the diet. If you make your own fermented foods, they will be much more powerful. Be aware, though, that you may go through a period of detoxing that may make you feel like you are getting sicker. It is only your body getting rid of the toxins too quickly.
