About 15 years ago I went totally carb free for 5 days, eating only meat and vegetables, and it was utter hell (as most of you will know). After the 5 days, and the toxins had cleared, It was like I'd found god, the difference in feeling. The problem was I went back to carbs and ever since then I just have been in denial about the problem because the die-off is so bad. I intend on only eating meat and vegetables for a week.
Can anyone suggest some supplements that can help with die-off?
Also, is it safe to just eat meat and vegetables for life? leave out carbohydrates altogether? I dont think my body can process Sugar properly.
