If times get ruff eat the grass.

If times are tuff and not much money to spend on groceries.. eat the grass... always try to get grass that has not been chemically treated or plant your own grass on a window sill. If eating your lawn grass wash well, make sure that you have not been spraying with any type of weed killers or chemicals. And best to dry in a low oven to kill any types of bug larva. It will then dry and you can crush or crumble and put into food.
Grass any type of grass will do....
There is besides wonderful Chlorophyll, a high content of Vit. A and C, Five factors of Vitamin B Complex , K and G. Protein. It has been estimated that 12
lbs. of powdered grass, contain more vitamins then 340 lbs of vegetables and fruits and more vegetables and fruits than the average person can eat in a year.

Please note that in the Bible that Jeremiah said, "There eyes did fail for their was no Grass." (14:6)
You can eat it fresh when young.. boil it, cook or bake it, dry it and then place it in other things like pancakes and ect.
